Our client, who was previously convicted in federal court of travel with intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a minor and possession of child pornography, went before the Sex Offender Registry Board for his preliminary classification. We presented a persuasive package to the SORB, which resulted in the SORB granting our client a Level One classification at the preliminary phase without the need for an evidentiary hearing. Our client’s sex offender registration information will not be disseminated publicly.
