Our client had approximately 12 years remaining to serve on her 8-to-20 year sentence. We were able to persuade the prosecutor and the court to agree to reduce her sentence so she did not have to do any more time in prison.

Our client was charged in federal court as an international heroin courier. The evidence against him was overwhelming, and he faced the prospect of many years in prison. We were able to negotiate a plea agreement under which the drug charges were dismissed, our client pled guilty to failing to pay taxes on the money he earned as a drug courier, and he was sentenced to probation, rather than prison.

Our client, a small business owner, was charged with multiple counts of larceny and fraud. We succeeded in reaching an agreement with the Attorney General’s Office which resulted in his being placed on pretrial probation without any criminal conviction.
