We persuaded the SORB to grant a Level One to our client who was recently convicted of Rape of Child, following an evidentiary hearing at which we presented mitigating evidence regarding the client’s life circumstances at the time of the offense, lack of prior record and exemplary conduct since the offense, evaluation report of a psychological expert, and scientific research regarding recidivism of persons similar to the client. Our client’s registry information will not be placed on the SORB’s public website.
