We persuaded the SORB to relieve our client of the obligation to register because his out-of-state offenses (involving sending nude photos of himself to an undercover officer posing as an underage girl) did not qualify as “like violations” requiring registration under Massachusetts law. Our client will no longer have to register as a sex offender in Massachusetts.
