Parole Petition Granted Following Initial Parole Hearing (15 Years Incarceration) for First Degree Murder Committed at Age 16
Following an initial parole hearing, we persuaded the Parole Board to release our client on his first parole petition after 15 years incarceration, having been convicted of first degree murder committed as a 16-year-old juvenile, based on our client’s insight, remorse, growth, extensive participation in educational, work, and rehabilitative programs, and leadership in Restorative Justice.
