After we persuaded the Suffolk Superior Court to allow our motion to suppress the fruits of unfairly suggestive photo array identifications by three alleged victims, the Commonwealth concluded that it could not prove its case at trial and dropped all twenty indictments against our client for aggravated rape, kidnapping, and other serious charges.
