SORB Retains Level One Classification in Child Pornography Possession Case Despite Repeat Offense After Prior Classification

We persuaded the SORB to NOT increase our medically frail 80-year-old client’s sex offender level, even though he incurred a second conviction for child pornography possession after he had previously been classified as a Level One for a first conviction of that offense.  Our client will remain a Level One.
