We obtained an order from Superior Court overturning the SORB’s prior Level One classification on grounds that the SORB should not have relied on unreliable hearsay and speculation to make its findings and did not provide an objective adequate reason to reject the expert testimony of petitioner’s expert. On remand, the SORB granted our client complete relief from registration.
