Superior Court Orders Relief from Registration on Jurisdictional Grounds

The Superior Court ordered that the SORB must relieve our client of registration on the jurisdictional grounds that he had not committed a “like violation” to any Massachusetts offense requiring registration.  Our client, who had previously been publicly listed on the SORB website, no longer has to register at all.

Two First Degree Murder Charges Reduced

Our client was facing two separate charges of first degree murder.  We negotiated a plea to reduced charges of manslaughter, with 15 years of incarceration for each charge (concurrent).
