Parole Granted in Motor Vehicle Homicide Case after Two Years Incarceration
We helped our client to persuade the Parole Board to grant parole after 2 years of incarceration on a conviction for motor vehicle homicide based on our client’s insight, remorse, growth, and extensive participation in educational, work, and rehabilitative programs.
Criminal Investigation Closed Without Charges
Our client was investigated for allegedly firing a shot into a home. After we submitted a package of exculpatory evidence to the Police Department and District Attorney’s Office, the investigation was closed without any criminal charges.
Attempted Murder and Other Felony Counts Continued Without A Finding
Our client faced serious charges in Juvenile Court, including attempted murder. We persuaded the District Attorney’s Office to recommend a continued without a finding on the three felony charges with probation on several remaining misdemeanors, and the Court agreed.
