Relief from Sex Offender Registration Granted

We persuaded the SORB to grant relief from registration at the outset to our client who recently moved to Massachusetts on grounds that the client’s out-of-state offense is not a “like violation” in Massachusetts.  Our client will not have to undergo a classification hearing and will not have to register at all in Massachusetts.
