Our client was charged with domestic assault and battery. We conducted an extensive investigation and obtained numerous witness statements indicating that the complainant had actually physically assaulted our client. Multiple criminal complaints were issued against the complainant, who later asserted her Fifth Amendment privilege not to testify against our client.
